Cre­ate a work­group con­sist­ing of rel­e­vant Depart­ment Heads and Town staff to facil­i­tate enhanced inter-depart­men­tal com­mu­ni­ca­tions and coor­di­na­tion on planned and pro­posed cap­i­tal improve­ment and/​or infra­struc­ture repair and expan­sion projects, as well as large pri­vate devel­op­ments that could impact pub­lic infrastructure.
