​Update Town's Open Space Management Plan

Update Town’s Open Space Man­age­ment Plan. The OSMP should include defined ​“open space” cri­te­ria and cat­a­log prop­er­ties based on diver­si­ty of habi­tat, con­nec­tiv­i­ty to oth­er prop­er­ties of open space val­ue, and poten­tial use for recre­ation­al pur­pos­es. Large lots should be exam­ined for their con­tri­bu­tion to open space value.
