Analysis of development/infill opportunities

Under­take an analy­sis of development/​infill oppor­tu­ni­ties in the ham­lets con­sis­tent with com­mu­ni­ty needs, pub­lic vision, and envi­ron­men­tal and infra­struc­tur­al con­straints. This analy­sis should deter­mine the net eco­nom­ic ben­e­fits of poten­tial mixed use devel­op­ment and asso­ci­at­ed rev­enue fore­casts of ham­let land use scenarios.
